WOW, a 250 gal. fuel oil spill sounds terrible. Money wasted and now your property is a "Superfund Site". Is somebody else paying for the damage? You know that GasBuddy has apps for phones don't you? Click on "Mobile" on the blue line above then select your phone type. If you miss a day due to no fault of your own, like power failure, loss of internet, moving or being hospitalized, resume posting ASAP. the cop was completely justified. The ticket was NOT for doing 2 under the limit, it was for impeding traffic when she refused to move right. It's the law, in most states, and for good reason. Don't be a rolling road block, keep right except to pass.
